DOOM: 30 Year Anniversary Celebration

A celebration of Doom at the Museum of Art & Digital Entertainment in Oakland

Come to the MADE in Oakland for an all day celebration DOOM, one of the most influential games of all time! In partnership with EBALDC, we're distributing events throughout Swan's Market to inspire everyone to participate in video games as an art form.

We'll be screening a short documentary about Doom's development process that discusses how the NeXT computer played an important role through the game's creation, the DoomEd tools that were developed for designers and artists to collaborate, and more!

In addition to that, we'll also have other activities both inside and outside the MADE:

• Play the original DOOM

• Experience other retro systems

• Live DOOM music set
