MADE Classroom: Perspective Drawing

Learn how to draw objects that pop out of the page--on paper and then on a computer! For ages 8 to 13.

In this class, students will develop their geometric intuition through hands on activities, using computers and technical examples to reinforce concepts as necessary.

Students will learn

• How to draw with one point perspective

• How to visualize objects converging to vanishing points

• How early 3D video games use raycasting to simulate perspective
